This isn’t just laser training.

It’s what comes after you learn the laser.

Learning the clinical skill is essential.

You need to understand the science.

The safety.

Patient assessment.

The machine.

The treatment.

The technique.

But what happens when you actually want to DO something with that skill?

Suddenly you have an entirely different set of questions.

Leslie seated in the Pink Diamond Laser lobby, gesturing at the peony mural under the Smooth AF neon sign
asked every one of these
  • Where do I get a laser?
  • Do I buy, lease or rent?
  • How do I legally structure this?
  • What kind of medical oversight do I need?
  • Where do I work?
  • What should I charge?
  • What systems do I need?
  • How do I create a brand?
  • What the hell am I supposed to post?
  • How do I market myself?

And probably the biggest one...

How do I actually get clients?

That’s why I built Pink Diamond Laser Academy differently.

I don’t just want to teach you laser.

I want to teach you what I did with it.

Because I’m not teaching you from the outside looking in.

I’m an RN who actually built the laser business.

And only 13 months ago, I was the nurse asking all of these same questions.

Leslie laughing in the Pink Diamond Laser lobby
Leslie in scrubs holding laser safety goggles
hi, I’m Leslie💗

From one nurse to another...

Hi. I’m Leslie. 💗

And I know what it feels like to look at nurses creating businesses and think:

I want that...but how the hell do I actually do it?

Because that was me.

When I opened Pink Diamond on August 3, 2025, I was still working in the OR.

I didn’t start with some giant med spa.

I didn’t have investors.

I didn’t have a team of business experts standing behind me telling me which decision to make next.

My first treatment room was literally:

10 × 10 feet.

Leslie in pink scrubs in the daylit treatment room at Pink Diamond Laser, lifting the laser handpiece beside the Candela GentleMax Pro
the room, now

I was a nurse with an idea.

And I was scared.

Scared I’d spend thousands of dollars and nobody would book.

Scared I’d choose the wrong equipment.

Scared I’d make expensive mistakes.

Scared I’d build this whole thing and end up right back in the OR asking for PTO and getting yelled at by surgeons like I personally ruined their entire day. 😂

But I wanted something of my own badly enough to try.

96 days after opening Pink Diamond...

I quit my OR job.

And in Pink Diamond’s first 13 months, the business generated:

$287,173.40in revenue.

That number isn’t a promise of what you’ll make.

It’s part of my story.

Because I want you to know exactly who you’re learning from.

I’m not teaching you a theoretical version of what a laser business might look like.

I’m opening the doors to the business I actually built.

And trust me...

I learned some shit along the way. 😂

I didn’t build Pink Diamond perfectly.

Not even remotely.

I paid:

$7,990

to the wrong medical director who did not do his job.

I wasted:

$4,500

on the wrong social media management company.

I’ve had to figure out:

Equipment.Spaces.Contracts.Systems.Software.Pricing.Packages.Branding.Social media.Marketing.Clients.Retention.Hiring.Operations.

And about 900 other little things nobody thinks about when they first say:

I think I want to start a laser business.”

Some lessons made me money.

Some lessons cost me money.

Some made me want to throw my laptop across the room. 😂

But every single one taught me something.

Leslie in a blush suit behind the pink supply cart in her treatment room, with the Candela laser and Freddo cooler beside her
13 months in 💗

Pink Diamond Laser Academy is me taking those 13 months and handing you the lessons.

Not because I expect you to build Pink Diamond 2.0.

I don’t.

I want you to build YOUR business.

But you shouldn’t have to begin with a completely blank page.

Why is Pink Diamond Laser Academy different?

Because you’re not just coming into a classroom to learn a treatment.

You’re coming inside my business.

You’re learning inside the place where I actually treat clients.

  • You’re seeing the systems I actually use.
  • The equipment decisions I’ve actually made.
  • The resources I’ve actually found.
  • The marketing I’ve actually done.
  • The mistakes I’ve actually made.
  • The clients I’ve actually had to earn.
  • The brand I’ve actually built.

And you’re learning from another nurse who was standing at the beginning of this 13 months ago.

A hand lifting a razor from the pink prep caddy
Pink Diamond Laser lobby through the French doors
Leslie leaning on the treatment bed under the Smooth AF neon

That matters to me.

I don’t want this experience to feel like:

Teacher → Student.

I want it to feel more like:

“Okay girl. Here’s what I learned. Let me show you.” 😂💗

No gatekeeping.

No pretending I had everything figured out.

No acting like every decision I made was brilliant.

You’ll see the wins.

You’ll hear about the expensive mistakes.

And I’ll show you what happened in between.

The business is real. So are the clients.

What clients say about the nurse you’ll be learning from.

  • I usually don’t post reviews but my experience with Leslie at Pink Diamond Laser was amazing. I was already a little uncomfortable doing laser hair removal as a guy but she explained everything in detail, made me feel comfortable and I could instantly tell she was knowledgeable. I started with just a small section of hair on my back, but I’m also going to do my arms and my neck too. Her prices are extremely reasonable especially for OC. Highly recommend

  • One of the biggest reasons I chose Pink Diamond Laser was because of Leslie and her performing the treatments with a background as an OR RN nurse. Having a knowledgeable medical professional who understands the science behind the treatments gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable, answered every question with patience, and thoroughly educated me on both pre-care and post-care to ensure I get the best possible results. Finding someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring is rare, and Leslie is exactly that.

  • Amazing experience!! She is so kind and quick! With the membership she books by time and she’ll do whatever you want. In 45 min we got through underarms, full legs, full Brazilian, and lower arms. Already saw a huge difference in how often I have to shave just after the first session. Highly recommended!

  • Absolutely loved my experience with Leslie! This was my first time doing laser hair removal, and I was genuinely so satisfied from start to finish. She was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Everything was explained clearly, the process was easy and stress-free, and the space was spotless and very clean. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering laser hair removal, you’ll be in great hands! 💕

  • Leslie is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I originally came in for laser hair removal, and she took the time to explain that it wouldn’t be effective for my red hair, rather than going through with the service just to make a sale. That level of honesty immediately built trust. Leslie is personable, transparent, and truly skilled at what she does.

  • Leslie is one of the most sweetest people ever. This was my first time ever getting laser hair removal she made it easy and painless! She was very professional as well and constantly checking in with me to see how I was doing and if I was in any pain! I drove out about an hour just to go with her and let me tell you it is totally worth it!!! Her studio is very clean and organized & sanitized. As for men, don’t let the pink aesthetic scare you! She also does men’s laser hair removal and she makes sure you are 1000% comfortable!

  • Pink Diamond Laser Boutique exudes an inviting and clean atmosphere, creating a comfortable environment for my visit. Initially, I had booked a full-face laser treatment, but as we engaged in conversation, I realized that I didn’t have significant facial hair. Leslie kindly suggested opting for a partial face treatment, focusing on the targeted areas. The procedure was painless, and I couldn’t resist the temptation to enhance my results further, leading me to book my underarms. I’m a lifer now!

  • First time trying laser and Leslie is beyond amazing. Prior to the appointment I reached out with some questions and she was super helpful in helping me ease my nerves. The appointment went smoothly and fast, she was professional and walked through each step with explanation on what she is doing plus checking in to make sure I’m doing ok. Such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back to see her again.

  • Leslie is incredible and very accommodating. The appointment for a full bikini and armpits was soooo fast! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, she used state of the art equipment. I've had two appointments so far and the results have been shocking! In between appointments I've only had to shave once and the hair is sooo fine already.

  • OMG!!! Leslie is absolutely amazing. I booked a full body laser appointment with her and she does not play around. She got every inch of my body and I couldn’t be more happier. I was so nervous for the bikini line and she was so kind and gentle. Pain was honestly a 2/10, not bad at all. Highly recommend you book her… like now!!!

  • I was very nervous to do laser hair removal because of all the horror stories I read online but I gave it a shot because I was so tired of the razor burns I got when I would shave. I haven’t shaved my underarms for 3 weeks now!! I want to do my bikini and legs next. Thank goodness she offers payment plans. Leslie is the best!!

Because here’s something I learned very quickly:

You can be the best laser nurse in your city.

You can understand the science.

You can know your settings.

You can perform beautiful treatments.

You can own an incredible machine.

But if nobody knows you exist...

Nobody books.

Clinical education taught me how to provide a service.

It didn’t teach me how to get somebody onto my treatment table.

That took a completely different skill set.

Branding.Marketing.Social media.Offers.Pricing.Trust.Client experience.Retention.Referrals.

And learning how to turn:

“I saw your Reel.”

into:

“I just booked my package.”

That’s why Pink Diamond Laser Academy teaches both sides.

Here’s how the academy works.

We’re going to build this in three parts.

  1. Part one

    Learn the foundation.

Self-paced online, before you ever walk through my doors. Clinical Foundations of Laser Hair Removal + 6.0 CE contact hours.

  2. Part two

    Build the business.

Day One. Legal + medical oversight, your space, your laser, systems, pricing, branding, social media and marketing. Everything they don’t teach you in laser school.

  3. Part three

    Do the laser.

Day Two. First you watch a full treatment, then it’s your turn. Supervised hands-on laser training, capped at 10 students.

And then we’re putting everything together into a real roadmap for you.

Before you walk through my doors 💗

Clinical Foundations of Laser Hair Removal

Self-paced online course + 6.0 CE contact hours

Your clinical education starts before we ever meet in person.

You’ll complete my online Clinical Foundations of Laser Hair Removal course so you arrive understanding the foundational concepts behind treatment.

That means we aren’t wasting our limited in-person time with me standing at the front of a room reading PowerPoint slides about laser physics to you.

You’re welcome. 😂

Instead, you’ll arrive ready to take what you learned online and actually see it come to life.

Day One 💗

Everything they don’t teach you in laser school.

Day One is about answering the question:

“I want to do this...so how do I actually build it?”

We’re taking the idea floating around in your head and breaking the business down into real pieces.

Leslie on the leather sofa in the Pink Diamond lounge beneath an Investing in Herself print
  1. 💗 Legal + medical oversight

One of the most intimidating parts of starting in aesthetics is realizing there are rules, professional requirements and business structures you actually have to understand.

I know because I had to figure them out too.

We’ll talk through the legal and medical-practice considerations you need to be thinking about, the questions you should be asking and how to begin determining what applies where you plan to practice.

    But I’m a nurse.

    I’m not your attorney.

So instead of pretending I can answer every legal question...

I’m bringing in someone who actually teaches this piece.

Healthcare attorney training + live Q&A

You’ll receive dedicated education from a healthcare attorney and have an opportunity to ask questions about legal and regulatory considerations involved in building an aesthetics practice.

    Value $1,000

  2. 💗 Your space

Here’s something I wish more nurses realized:

You do not need to start with a giant, perfect med spa.

    My first room?

    10 × 10 feet.

We’ll talk about different ways you might approach your space, what you actually need to think about before committing to one, questions to ask and lessons I learned through my own locations.

Let’s just say I now have some very strong opinions about commercial leases and air conditioning. 😂

  3. 💗 Your laser

For most new owners, this is one of the biggest investments they’ll consider.

And there are a LOT of decisions.

    • Buy?
    • Lease?
    • Rent?
    • New?
    • Used?
    • Which company?
    • Which device?
    • What happens when it breaks?
    • What does service look like?
    • What are you actually committing to?

We’ll go through the considerations I wish someone had walked me through when I was making those decisions.

    And I’m sharing:

My actual equipment + vendor resources.

    Not:

    “Go Google laser companies.”

Actual resources I’ve used and found while building Pink Diamond.

  4. 💗 Systems + operations

    Imagine someone finds you tonight.

    She loves your content.

    She wants to book.

    What happens next?

    • Where does she schedule?
    • How does she pay?
    • Where does she complete her forms?
    • Where are her records?
    • How do packages work?
    • How do you communicate with her?
    • How do you follow up?
    • What happens after the treatment?

    How does somebody go from:

    “I saw you on Instagram.”

    to:

    “I just bought a package.”

We’re going behind the scenes so you can see what operating a real laser business actually looks like.

Not just the sexy Instagram part.

    The actual business.

Pink Diamond systems + operationsValue $1,000

  1. 💗 Pricing + packages + offers

Eventually every new owner finds herself staring at a pricing sheet thinking:

“What the fuck am I supposed to charge?” 😂

    So we’re talking about it.

We’ll get into how to think about:

    Pricing.Packages.Promotions.Offers.Client value.

And creating services that actually make sense for your business.

Because randomly copying the prices of the med spa down the street isn’t exactly a business plan.

  2. 💗 Build a brand people remember

Your brand is more than a logo.

It’s the reason somebody remembers you.

It’s how people feel when they see your business.

It’s what makes someone scrolling past 12 different providers stop at yours.

We’ll talk about what I learned building Pink Diamond into a recognizable brand and how you can begin developing something that actually feels like you.

    And please...

I don’t want 10 little Pink Diamonds leaving my class. 😂

I want 10 nurses creating businesses that people can recognize as theirs.

  3. 💗 Social media + marketing + getting clients

This is one of the biggest reasons I built the Academy.

Because eventually the treatment room is ready.

    The laser is there.

    The booking link works.

    You post:

“Now offering laser hair removal! 💕”

    And then...

    ...

    ...

    Where is everybody? 😭

That’s the piece I had to learn.

    How to get attention.

    How to build trust.

    What to post.

    Why somebody should choose you.

    How to create an offer.

How to turn a follower into an inquiry.

How to turn an inquiry into a client.

    We’re getting into:

    • Creating content with a purpose
    • Building trust online
    • What to actually post
    • Positioning your business
    • Creating offers people understand
    • Getting attention locally
    • Turning interest into bookings
    • Getting your first clients
    • Retention
    • Referrals
    • What has actually worked inside Pink Diamond

I’m not teaching you social media because I think I know what should work.

I’m showing you what I’ve actually used to build my business.

I’m still in the business.

I’m treating.I’m marketing.I’m creating content.I’m managing clients.I’m running the systems.I’m making decisions.I’m figuring shit out.I’m still learning too.

And that’s exactly why I can teach this from such a personal place.

I’m not looking back at something I built 15 years ago trying to remember what starting felt like.

It was 13 months ago.

I remember the Google searches.

I remember the fear.

I remember wondering if anyone would book.

I remember trying to figure out whether I was making the right equipment decision.

I remember staring at legal information wondering what the hell any of it meant.

I remember posting content and wondering if anybody was actually paying attention.

I remember being at the beginning.

That’s the energy I want in this room.

Not:

“Look how much I know.”

But:

“Girl. I was just there. Let me show you what I learned.” 💗

Leslie in a blush blazer, pulling on a pink glove beside the Candela

Still thinking “but what if…”? 💗

“Do I need $100,000 to start a laser business?”

No.

And this is one of the biggest misconceptions I want to crush.

You do not necessarily need a giant pile of cash, a six-figure buildout and a gorgeous five-room med spa before you can start.

My first treatment room was literally:

10 × 10 feet.

I didn’t start Pink Diamond looking the way it looks today.

I built into it.

One of the things we’re going to talk about during the Academy is how to think about startup costs, what you actually need, where you may have different options and where I personally spent money I wish I hadn’t.

Because I don’t want you looking at the finished version of someone else’s business and assuming that’s what Day One has to look like.

It doesn’t.

Your first version can be small.

Your first version can be simple.

Your first version just needs to make sense for you.

“Do I have to buy a laser machine before I can start?”

No. Please don’t show up having panic-bought a laser. 😂

Buying a machine is one option.

It’s not something you need to have figured out before you come.

In fact, equipment is an entire part of what we’re talking about.

We’ll get into different ways equipment can be acquired, including considerations around:

Buying.Leasing.Renting.New vs. used.Questions to ask. What to look for. What I learned acquiring equipment for Pink Diamond. And the resources I’ve actually found along the way.

A laser can be one of the biggest financial commitments in this business.

I would much rather you learn how to think through that decision before you make it.

You don’t need the machine first.

You need the information first.

“I have zero business experience. Can I actually do this?”

Hi.

I’m a nurse. 😂

I went to nursing school.

Not business school.

Nobody taught me how to negotiate a lease.

Nobody taught me how to price packages.

Nobody taught me branding.

Marketing.Content.Equipment financing.Business systems.Client acquisition.Or how to run a company.

I learned because I started building one.

And yes, I made some expensive mistakes while figuring it out.

That’s exactly why the business side of this Academy exists.

You are not supposed to already know how to run a business.

We’re going to take:

“I want my own laser business but I don’t know what the hell I’m doing.”

and start breaking it into:

Here’s what I need.

Here’s what I need to learn.

Here’s who I need to talk to.

Here’s what comes next.

And also...

You’re a nurse.

You’ve learned pharmacology.Pathophysiology.Clinical skills. How to take care of actual human beings.

You can learn how to run a business. 😂💗

You just need someone to show you the pieces.

That’s exactly what I wish I had when I started.

“What if I work full-time? When the hell am I supposed to start a business?”

Can I remind you how Pink Diamond started?

I was still working in the OR.

I didn’t quit my job first and then magically become an entrepreneur.

I started Pink Diamond while I was still working as a nurse.

Then, 96 days after opening, I was able to make the decision to leave my OR job.

That was my timeline.

Yours does not have to look anything like it.

Maybe you start one day a week.

Maybe you keep your nursing job.

Maybe your goal is simply to reduce your hospital hours someday.

Maybe you want a business on the side.

Maybe eventually you want to go all in.

There is no rule that says you have to quit your job to start building something.

You don’t need 40 free hours a week and an empty calendar.

You need a realistic first step.

Then another.

Then another.

That’s how mine started too.

Remember?

10 × 10 feet.

“What if I’ve never done laser before?”

Then you’re in the right place.

You do not need previous laser experience to arrive already knowing what you’re doing.

That’s why this program doesn’t throw you straight into a treatment room and hope you figure it out.

Your training starts with my:

Clinical Foundations of Laser Hair Removal

self-paced online course, providing 6.0 CE contact hours.

You’ll build your didactic foundation before you come to Pink Diamond.

Then Day Two brings that education into real life with:

A live treatment demonstration.Clinical walkthrough.Questions.Technique.Workflow.And supervised hands-on training for eligible participants.

You are coming here to learn.

You are not expected to already be good at the thing you’re literally paying me to teach you. 😂

That’s the point.

And because the class is capped at 10 students, I can keep the experience small and hands-on instead of packing a room full of people and hoping everyone catches on.

You can come in thinking:

“I’ve never touched a laser in my life.”

And that’s okay.

We start with the foundation and build from there. 💗

Hands-on training requirement

If you want to participate in the hands-on portion of the Academy, you’ll need your own applicable professional liability/malpractice insurance covering your participation in the training.

Proof of coverage is required before hands-on participation.

Insurance is not included in tuition.

If you don’t already have coverage, don’t panic. I can provide you with an insurance resource.

Thirteen months ago...

Pink Diamond didn’t exist.

I was still working in the OR.

My business was a tiny room and an idea I couldn’t stop thinking about.

I didn’t know I’d quit my job 96 days later.

I didn’t know what Pink Diamond would become.

I definitely didn’t know I’d eventually be opening the doors to other nurses and teaching the lessons I was still trying to figure out myself.

I just knew I wanted something of my own.

And eventually:

“What if I fail?”

had to compete with:

But what if this actually works?”

thirteen months later 💗

So I started.

Not perfectly.

Not knowing everything.

Not with some giant master plan.

I learned the next thing.

Then the next.

Then the next.

And now I get to give 10 nurses something I desperately wish I had:

A much clearer place to start.
